Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original internal packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
